Soocoo makes GoPro-style action cameras, but adopted a completely different style with the tiny and colourful G1.
The Soocoo G1 does not look like those all mighty sport cameras with their plethora of accessories and mounts. And yet, it comes with nice specification:
Camera dimensions: 4 x 3.5 x 4.3 cm;
Weight: 54 grams
Waterproof: IP66 (protected from dust and powerful jets of water)
Build-in mic and speaker
Video 1080P Full High Definition
Video Clip 1080P:1920X1080@30fps, 720P:1280X720@30fps and 60fps, Video format: MOV(H.264)
Still Image Size 12 mpx (interpolation) / 8mpx / 5mpx
Lens: 125 Degree Wide Angle Lens
2.4G remote controller
PC Interface Micro SD card, up to 32GB
Timelapse and slo-mo: Yes, from app
The 2-sided articulated back cover is the brightest idea of this camera, allowing it to stick to virtually any surface, magnetic or not. The sticky side is strong enough to hold the camera on most surfaces and can be cleaned with water.
The G1 doesn't have the features nor the picture quality of an Ambarella Car DVR, but it's good enough to be used as an occasional car DVR with its 125 degree wide angle.
The fact that the USB port is on the base is not ideal for this usage but it could work almost 2 hours on batteries.
The sound gets easily saturated (a bit like the early Dome G90 dash cams) particularly with low frequencies from music and road noise.
Software: iShareCam is available to Android and iOS.
On Android , the release 1.3.21.3 crashes randomly (tested on 3 versions of Android) and the interface is quite ugly. Unfortunately it is needed for some functions, like the time lapse, slow-mo and continuous recording modes.
Conclusion:
Brightness changes can be a challenge for the sensor but generally the picture quality is good. The strength of this camera is its size and versatility. It's a bit pricey though compared to a full blown sport camera, so look for sales and special promotions.
Soocoo G1 is available from Gearbest just with the remote for 51.04$/48.35€, or with the flexible thingy for 58.42$/55.33€. They have some special sales running at the moment.

How can we make it loop record when conected to smartphone via wifi ?
From what i have tested if press record from android app it will record until the file reaches 4GB (limit of fat32, only one suported), then you have to repress record to start recording again, so not in a continuous loop.
When not connected to android app it starts recording in a loop(makes 3 min files=256 mb and it deletes older files when card full) once you plug in or press remote control button. But in this case you cannot connect it to android app while recording.
I was hoping I can use it as surveillance camera on a tablet...
